How much will shipping cost?

Mono X7's gross package weighs 1.8kg; shipping costs (single unit) are a fixed rate of $65 USD for non-JP regions, not including Tax/VAT or duties.

Does Mono X7 include a battery?

No, Mono X7 does not include a battery and must be electrically plugged in at all times in order to operate.

Can I display my own images?

Yes. Our FRAMED app allows you to upload any image from your phone and instantly display it on Mono. We also added few effects to make your photos look amazing.

What web formats are supported?

MONO X7 uses Chromium engine (same as your Chrome browser) to display content. Anything you can view in your browser, you can display on MONO X7. We have gone even further to support full screen playback for Vimeo and YouTube.

Can I set scheduling features?

You can schedule your MONO X7 to switch on/off at any time you like. For example you may want it to wake you up in the morning or go to stand by mode when its time for bed. We are also currently working on adding artwork specific scheduling features, for example allowing you to play one URL/Edition one day, and a different one another day.

What is the optimal display environment?

MONO X7 is a precision instrument and is not suitable for outdoors. Locations which are prone to dust and condensation may cause failure to the display device. Placing MONO X7 in a humid location, or exposing MONO X7 to sudden temperature changes may also cause failure. Therefore please use MONO X7 in an indoor space of 10 ℃ to 40 ℃ and 10-80% humidity.

What is the warranty period?
